Leon has been an Intermediary since 2001 after founding and growing a transportation services company into a mid-market business and seeing his first deals done as a member of a corporate M & A team. His experience includes wholesale/distribution, service, transportation, food service, retail and convenience chains, professional practices and proprietary schools.
Leon has over 20 years of service as a Naval Aviator, both active and reserve. A combat veteran, he spent 10 months in Iraq flying special operations missions in support of national policy.
A Certified Business Intermediary through the International Business Broker’s Association, the standard of excellence in the industry, Leon also holds a BS in Business from SUNY Maritime Coll. Leon is a member of the IBBA, the Financial Planning Association, the Military Officer’s Association and the National Eagle Scout Association. In his spare time Leon can be found leading his son’s Cub Scout den or sailing on the bay.

Norm has been a mid-market Intermediary and international consultant for over 25 years. He has negotiated the sale of millions of dollars in businesses in industries ranging from software development and multi-media companies to durable goods manufacturers and retail and convenience chains. He is considered by his peers to be an expert in “turnaround management” and speaks to audiences throughout North America on the subject as well as “bottom line improvement.”
Norm’s professional career began as controller and general manager of an auto parts chain that he grew from 2 to 7 locations. He also served as vice president and general manager of a national automotive distribution company. Norm’s consulting career has taken all over the United States as well as Europe where he led the partial breakup, sell-off and reorganization of one of the largest (US$300M) conglomerates in the Balkans.
Norm is a Certified Business Intermediary through the IBBA and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Baltimore. Norm is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling with his wife, Rose.
